Stephen's Accident 2004
Well on July 5th at 2:20am I got into an accident. I had gone out to San Francisco to see the fireworks for 4th of July. We ent in my friend Vinny's car. In the car to Frisco was Vinny, his friend from Texas Cristina, Justin and his Girlfriend Andrea. Justin drove back from Frisco to his house. Vinny had a little to much to drive so I drove to his house and dropped him and Cristina off at Vinny's apartment. I drove Vinny's truck and turned from Winchester on to Moorpark. I traveled on Moorpark going thru the Moorpark Bascom intersection. I had a green light and proceeded thru the intersection and from my right side as I went thru the intersection I saw headlight coming until they struck the truck on the passenger side. I was thrown across the intersection close to the side of the bridge which was over the freeway 280. I was lucky and came 4-5 feet from the bridge. The car was totaled as you will see. I ended up with some back and neck injuries. Also I ended up with a broken rib and several bruised ribs. This was the first time I had ever broken a bone, despite my numerous close call including several bike accidents and even being ran over. There is no cast they give for the ribs so all you can do is suffer through it.
