Ghou Zhou

Ghou Zhou was a cool little town that was far from any major city. It's in the south-eastern part of China, close to Hong Kong by plane. It was a poorer town and was nothing like the bigger cities of Shanghai or Beijing. There was probably about a million people there most riding bicycles, scooters, or motorcycles. I was the only white guy in the entire town. When I would walk by people would point and start talking some laughing and such, it was quite an interesting experience. Here I got a taylor made suit for 50 dollars, could not complain about that at all. After we went out a couple times we meet several people and it was funny to hear people call me out in the street. I know I was easy to pick out being a foot taller than most of them and the only one with blonde hair. But this was one of the most interesting parts of the trip to see how the real people out in the "smaller towns" live where no tourists go.

This was The bus stop we went to to catch our 5 hour bus ride from Guang Zhou to Ghou Zhou.
One cool thing was since it was such a long bus ride the bus was all beds. Granted I took up the entire thing but at least on the way out there I slept. On the way back well...
Me in my bed before I slept on the way out there.
This was the shower/bathroom, notice no tub or anything so the shower splashes everything in there. This was at there luxurios 2 star hotel. The air conditioner worked great, cause it was very hot there.
